How can I pay for my order? When placing an order online, you are able to pay at checkout through our secure ‘vendor/partner’ PayPal by paying with your debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or if you have a personal account with PayPal you may transfer funds from your designated account. You are not required to have a personal account with PayPal to pay for your order with a debit or credit card.

What if I prefer to pay by check or money order? We will accept a money order when purchasing and shipping within the United States (unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks). To do so, after building your order with PayPal, do not proceed to checkout, instead print out your order, add the appropriate shipping charges (see our shipping table below) and mail us your order and money order to:

Can I order from outside the United States (international)?
Yes. Simply order from our website and use our secure PayPal checkout system.

Will I recieve an email confirmation when my payment is processed? PayPal allows you to enter your email address when completing your online checkout to receive an email confirmation. If you mail in your order and payment to us directly, we will email you once we’ve received it. Please remember that we only accept international payments via PayPal.

How can I arrange to send a CD as a gift?
When using our website to build your order at the time of checkout, you’ll be able to provide us a billing address (that would be YOU) and a shipping address (the gift recipient). Or if you are mailing in your order and payment, just let us know where you would like us to send the gift.

Do you charge sales tax? Our offices are located in the state of California, so only California residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax.

When will my order be shipped? Once we receive your order and payment is confirmed we will ship your order in 5-7 business days. If you need your order processed more quickly or need to upgrade the level of delivery service, please contact us at
ecarell@sugomusic.com for arrangements.

Will I receive a confirmation that my order has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (if you’ve provided us with your email information).

hat if I want to adjust my order? Please make certain of your selections before confirming your order. Once you’ve confirmed your selection, your order and payment is immediately processed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed at that point. If you wish to place a 2nd order, you may do so.

Can I cancel my order?
Once you’ve confirmed your order and payment has been collected, an order can not be cancelled.

Can I return product?
We make every effort to assist you in making good music purchasing decisions by allowing you to listen to the music on our site and reviewing the product descriptions. Please take your time and choose wisely as we do not except returned product or refund money. However, we do offer personal one-on-one assistance with your order by simply contacting our customer service at 650-862-7495 or via email at

How d
o I arrange to exchange product? We want you to be satisfied with your product and experience with SUGO Music. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. we shipped you the wrong CD, the CD has a defect, or if it is damaged in shipping), we will reimburse you for the returned shipping costs - as long as you use a standard shipping method - and we will then pay to reship the correct product back to you. Please follow the instructions below to successfully have your product exchanged:

1) Act within 3 days of receiving product (open your package and check it out immediately).

2) Before you ship anything back to us, please email us at
ecarell@sugomusic.com so we can provide you with complete return instructions and you will receive a SUGO Music Exchange Authorization Code (SMEAC). In you email to us, please describe why you are exchanging the product and the best way and time to reach you.

Please note that we will not accept any exchanges after product has been received for more than 3 days and without a SMEAC. So please open your SUGO order ASAP and make sure it is correct and in good shape. Any product that is sent back to SUGO Music without a SMEAC will unfortunately not be processed as an exchange or returned back to you. Remember, SUGO Music is not responsible for exchanging product that is unauthorized and not in compliance with our Exchange Policies. We do not offer refunds. We are happy to work with you for all customer service issues and requests. Our customer satisfaction is important to us.
